The mutual funds involved are: Janus Adviser Worldwide Fund, Janus Adviser International Growth Fund (f/k/a Janus Advisor International Fund), Janus Enterprise Fund, Janus Overseas Fund, Janus Worldwide Fund, Janus Mercury Fund, and Janus High Yield Fund during the period of January 1, 2000 through September 30, 2003, inclusive.
