(1) all persons other than Defendants who purchased the Class A common stock of Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with the Company's Initial Public Offering ("IPO") on May 14, 2007, including purchasers through August 5, 2008 and
(2) all persons other than
Defendants who purchased the Class A common stock of SKH between May 14, 2007 and June 9, 2009, inclusive.
