- On behalf of all former shareholders of Rainbow Technologies, Inc. whose Rainbow shares were converted into common shares of SafeNet pursuant to the registration statement and joint proxy statement/prospectus filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the March 14, 2004 acquisition of Rainbow by SafeNet of all outstanding shares of Rainbow.
- On behalf of all persons or entities that were entitled to vote on the proxy statements filed by SafeNet with the SEC on or about April 30, 2003, February 12, 2004, April 29, 2004 and July 6, 2005.
