(1) purchased or otherwise acquired Countrywide Financial Corp. publicly traded common stock or call options, and/or sold Countrywide publicly traded put options; or
(2) purchased or otherwise acquired Countrywide Capital V 7% Securities; or
(3) purchased or otherwise acquired Countrywide Series A Medium-Term Notes, Series B Medium-Term Notes, 6.25% Subordinated Notes Due May 15, 2016; Series L Medium-Term Notes and/or Series M Medium-Term Notes.
